Anthony Schwartz, 6'0/179, only 20 years old. Auburn WR drafted by the Browns in the 3rd round.
We look at the game Auburn @ Ole Miss where #1 (#5 in 2019) had 7/43.
First a play off the ball (it seems he missed the snap), where I'm not impressed at all. He is late off the line, then unsure what to do when the play moves his way.
This is a bit better. This time he knows what's going on, his route is outside, but he also stil manages to make life a bit harder for the CB and easier for his RB.
Again he looks lost like a kid who syumbled onto the field by accident. He has a rough idea what to do, but then he gets blindsided by the LB he should probably be blocking. I think he will need some time to get adjusted to the speed of the NFL.
Finally we see him with a catch, and this is better. Crisp route, good catch, but couldn't complete the turn to continue down the field.
Schwartz in motion, you would think the lazy stride is not fooling anybody, but it does work; he draws the CB away from Seth Williams for the TD, so mission accomplished, I guess.
