Gary Brightwell, Arizona, redshirt senior RB, 5-11, 218lb, 6th round, 196th overall of the 2021 NFL draft by the New York Giants (that's a lot of competition to be behind).
Elijah Mitchell, 23yo senior Louisiana RB, 5-10, 201lb (178cm, 91kg), drafted in the 6th round, 194th overall of the 2021 NFL draft by the San Francisco 49ers (they also drafted Trey Sermon ahead of him).
Kene Nwangwu, Iowa State, redshirt senior RB and return specialist, 6-1, 210lb (185cm, 95kg). Drafted in the 4th round, 119th overall of the 2021 NFL draft by the Vikings.
Senior out of Clemson, just turned 22; in 2020 got to 1500 yards and 16 TD on 12 games, more than a third of the yards from 48 caught passes (third receiver on his team). Clearly we have a serious RB here who is a prime candidate for the NFL.
Tre' McKitty, Senior from Georgia, drafted in the 3rd round by the Chargers, 6'4/246 TE. Transfered from Florida State, only 6 rec in 4 games in 2020, for 108 yd/1 TD. He started 2020 slow as he was recovering from a knee injury, then after the South Carolina game opted out to focus on the draft.
Chuba Hubbard , 22yo redshirt Junior, drafted in the 4th round by the Panthers (behind CMC), 6'0/210. Had a much better 2019 than 2020, which is interesting. Not a log of passing work in Oklahoma State.
Hunter Long was drafted by the Dolphins in the 3rd round, which is interesting because they also have Gesicki. Long is a 23yo redshirt Junior, 6'5/254.
Jefferson, 21yo Junior out of Oregon State, only 1 of 2 picks from that school in 2021, picked in the 7th round (almost mr irrelevant) as a 5'10/206 Lb (that's a lot of pounds for that frame).
Demetric Felton, 23yo Senior picked in the 6th round by the Browns. He is 5'9/189, and can do damage both on the ground and through the air (especially in 2019 he was used on 86 rushing pays and had 55 receptions; in terms of targets that must have been almost 1:1). In 2020 he was the #1 back and had 827 yds from scrimmage and 8 TD in 6 games against PAC12 opponents.
Kellen Mond is an interesting QB, 22yo Senior drafted by the Vikings in the 3rd round. He has interesting skills but also some risks. I am excited though for the idea that he can learn behind Kirk Cousins, one of the safer QBs in the league.
Terrace Marshall Jr is a 21yo Junior from LSU who played part of the 2020 season and opted out after November to join the 2021 draft. He is a respectable 6'2/205, great size and can win balls on size but also on routes.
D'Wayne Eskridge,, 24, medical redshirt senior (after am injury in his senior year), 5'9/190 speedster, drafted in the 2nd round by Seattle, which sounds wayyy early - but then again, Seattles has had some good 2nd rounders the past years.
Pat Freiermuth, 2nd round Junior from Penn State, 22 yo, 6'5 258. Got injured halfway through the season and had a season ending shoulder surgery. Still, this is the clear TE2 in the draft and a very interesting prospect after Pitts, at a probably much lower price.
Seth Williams was drafted in the 6th round by the Broncos, but he was actually the highest scoring receiver at Auburn in 2020, ahead of Anthony Schwartz who went 3 rounds earlier. Just turned 21, good size/weight at 6'3/211.
Dazz Newsome (no relation to Ozzzie Newsome, apparently) from North Carolina, 5'11/190, will be 22 in May. He was originally a DB, but converted to WR.
Ben Skowronek, only the #3 receiver in Notre Dame (after Javon McKinley and Michael Mayer), but still drafted by the Rams. 6'3 224, will be 24 before the season starts.
Trey Sermon, RB of Ohio State (and before Oklahoma). He had a good 2018 (with some games of 20 rushes per game), then in 2019 played only 9 games (Kennedy Brooks had taken over) and transfered to Ohio State. In 2020 his first games he had only 10-12 rushes per game, then for 2 games finally got a good workload against Northwestern and Clemson.
